Introducing ourselves
Welcome to Portland
Kindergarten. We are a small 34 place day nursery in the centre of Lincoln
and we provide care for children aged 0-5 years.
Our
building which was formally a family home has been completely renovated to
provide a safe and stimulating environment, where children have access to
high quality provision and are cared for by one Graduate Leader supported by
our fully qualified Level 3 supervisors and other experienced staff.
We aim to ensure all children feel happy and content
so that they have the confidence to explore their surroundings and develop
across all areas of the Early Years Curriculum. Both our indoor and outdoor
environment are carefully set up with resources to enable children to be
active learners and our experienced team provide learning experiences that
are based around each individual child.
We received a good Ofsted in our most recent Ofsted
inspection. You can access this report on the
